Onze telefoon is altijd bereikbaar voor de klanten van The Leather Company of iemand die benieuwd zijn naar onze producten. Elke vorm van aanbod naar The Leather Company moet schriftelijk aan ons e-mail adres, en kan niet via het telefoon gesprek worden aangenomen.
Zodra de klant een tas heeft gekocht en de betaling is binnen op onze rekening, wordt de tas verstuurd . De levertijd is tussen de 1 en 2 dagen binnen Nederland, mits in voorraad, in het weekend wordt niet bezorgd. Belangrijk is dat de adresgegevens wel goed zijn ingevuld.
Verzendkosten binnen Nederland zijn gratis. Verzendkosten binnen EU landen is Eur 10.00 . Uw bestelling is gestuurd door DHL, UPS,TNT, track en trace.

Het retourneren of ruilen mag binnen 14 dagen na aflevering van het pakket. Neem dan contact met ons op binnen 6 dagen.
The Leather Company stelt het op prijs als u een reden van retour mailt, wellicht kan er een passende oplossing worden aangeboden.
De kosten van de retourzending zijn altijd voor rekening van de klant. Retourartikelen worden alleen geaccepteerd in onbeschadigde staat en in de originele verpakking en na overleg. Ze moeten in dezelfde conditie verkeren en mogen niet gebruikt zijn. Eventuele schade wordt bij de klant in rekening gebracht.
Het verkoopbedrag wordt teruggestort naar uw rekening, min verzend kosten. Eventuele vergoedingen worden in rekening gebracht indien van toepassing
Het kan zijn dat uw gekochte product niet precies dezelfde kleur hebben als op de foto op onze website. Dit kan komen door de belichting van de foto. Bovendien hebben niet alle lederwaren dezelfde rode of gele kleur.

POLICY OF RETURN
If you are not satisfied with our products, kindly contact us within 6 ( six) days, you can return your order to our adress within fourteen (14) days.

Retour shipping cost will be paid by the buyer.
The bags must be in good condition, unused, complete with original package.
After we receive the return bag, we will check it carefully and if they are not complete of damage, we are forced to charge you. If you already use the products, it is nonreturnable.
We will refund you the amount of your payment deductable shipping cost and any expense caused.
It may be that your purchased product does not have exactly the same color as the picture on our website. This may be due to the exposure of the photo. In addition, because of the nature of leather, the same color of the same product might be different from other.
